Refund Policy – Anna & Michael Shelter

At Anna & Michael Shelter, every purchase directly supports the care of rescued animals. Because of the nature of our mission, we aim to be as transparent as possible regarding refunds and returns.

Donations & Support Purchases
All purchases made through our “Support Our Shelter” campaign are considered donations. These contributions go immediately toward food, medical care, and shelter for our animals, and therefore are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will gladly arrange a replacement or refund where applicable. Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Order Issues
If you experience any problems with your order, reach out to us and we will do our best to make it right. Your support means everything to us, and we are committed to maintaining your trust.
